Bi-weekly or weekly mowing services are provided from April to September, with meticulous attention to grass cutting, trimming, and debris removal. Pricing is flexible, accommodating various yard sizes and additional service needs. Clean-up services include thorough leaf and debris removal, promising a tidy landscape. Additionally, a Snow Contract Monthly Agreement is available from October to March, triggered by a 2.5" snow event. This service includes fall clean-up, snowplowing, shoveling, and salting for residential properties, with provisions for various snow event sizes and additional snow removal as needed.

Lawn Care (April-September)
Offering seasonal Spring Clean Up services alongside Bi-Weekly or Weekly Mowing Services from April to September, this comprehensive package ensures well-maintained outdoor spaces. All grassy areas are meticulously cut to 2.5"- 3" considering current weather conditions, with trimming of edging areas and blowing of clippings off walkways, roadways, and planting beds. Pricing is based on a standard rate for 1⁄3 of an acre yard, with adjustments for larger yards or those requiring extensive attention or additional services. Clean Up Services entail mowing, trimming, blowing clippings, and thorough removal of leaves, branches, and debris, all disposed of off-site, promising a tidy and pristine landscape.

Snow Removal (October-March)
Offering a Snow Contract Monthly Agreement for Residential properties from October to March, this service is triggered by a 2.5" Snow event. It begins with a required one-time fall cleanup, then follows with snowplowing drive areas up to garage doors, shoveling or snow blowing sidewalks/entry areas, and clearing mailbox areas. For snow events ranging from 2" to 6", clearing is done within 10-12 hours after cessation. Larger snow events of 6"+ are serviced at a 2-inch trigger point. The agreement covers 20 events, with additional units requested for anything beyond. Salt applications on sidewalks/entrance areas are provided based on current surface conditions and contractor assessment.
